Gavin is Group Chairman and he specialises in organisational and cultural change, human resource management, and strategic financial and risk governance.

Gavin is a Chartered Accountant and CPA (Australia), and he has held a number of senior finance and CEO positions across New Zealand and Australia. His notable roles include Investigating Officer at Inland Revenue, Group Financial Controller at McBreen Jenkins, Chief Financial Officer and Acting CEO at Northland District Health Board, and CEO of a privately held health, safety, and wellness provider. In Australia he held both Director of Finance and CEO roles.

Gavin is passionate about improving health outcomes for all New Zealanders and Australians, and ensuring accountability of public funds for the taxpayer.
